  1. Shipping Locations
    We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

  2. Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  3. Delivery Time
    Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Please note that delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

  4. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a certain value.

  5. Order Tracking

    If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule. Mavora is not responsible for failed deliveries or incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

    If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
